• Applications (Join EMBODY): name, email, mobile number, age, city or province, main discipline, social media handle, personal record and your answer to “Why do you want to EMBODY?”.
• Contact and partnership inquiries: name, email, mobile number, company or brand, inquiry type and your message.
• Technical data: your IP address and the page you submitted from, kept to protect the forms from spam and abuse.

Why we use it

• To review applications and contact applicants about the next steps of the competition.
• To answer inquiries and discuss partnerships you ask us about.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We process this information based on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on a form, and to take the steps you request before entering into any agreement with us.

Who we share it with

Your information is accessed by the EMBODY team at Cornerstone Entertainment and Lumina Events PH, and by service providers that host this website and deliver our email. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions only as long as needed for EMBODY Philippines 2027 and related follow-up, after which they are securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
