No. EMBODY is about your journey and growth, not professional status. What matters is your commitment to training, your story and your willingness to outdo yourself.
Do I need a perfect physique?
No. EMBODY looks beyond the physical — body, mind and soul. The competition celebrates progress, discipline and the person you become along the way.
What age can join?
The official age requirements will be published with the full mechanics. Follow our Facebook and Instagram pages, or apply now and we will email you the details.
What fitness disciplines are accepted?
EMBODY welcomes people from many disciplines — running, strength training, swimming, surfing, yoga, dance, team sports and more. The full list will be confirmed with the mechanics.
Can PWD/adaptive athletes participate?
EMBODY is built on inclusion. Details on adaptive participation will be included in the official mechanics — reach out through the contact page and we will keep you posted.
Where will EMBODY take place?
Leg 1 — The Person happens in Manila. Leg 2 — The Journey and Leg 3 — The Finals happen in La Union.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews every application and contacts applicants by email with the next steps.
What is the Community Impact Challenge?
Each candidate chooses a fitness or wellness issue relevant to their community, develops a project, puts it into action and documents its impact.
What does OUTDO YOURSELF mean?
